I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

If you did not receive an email to validate your email address, there are three possible reasons:

1. The email address was incorrect.

For example, due to a typing error.

Solution: Create a new account using the correct email address.

2. The confirmation email was marked as spam.

Solution: Check your spam folder and mark the domain ‘@duco.eu’ as a trusted sender.

3. The email was blocked by your email provider.

This often happens with email addresses that belong to a privately registered domain (for example: user@myowndomain.nl).

Solution: Contacting your service provider may take days or even weeks. Instead, use an email address from a larger provider such as Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud. Their filtering algorithms are more refined, meaning confirmation emails are more likely to reach your inbox.
