Request intervention reports via the Duco Installer Portal

The intervention reports you created using the Installer Service Tool can be accessed through the Duco Installer Portal (installer.duco.eu).

To log in to the Installer Portal, use the same account as for the Installer Service Tool. After logging in, you can search the portfolio of installations and interventions linked to your company.

On the project page of the DucoBox, under ‘Service History’, you will find the interventions along with the documents associated with them. These documents contain the details of the DucoBox and the notes entered via the Installer Service Tool.
