You can report any issues with the Installer Service Tool by clicking the “Feedback” button in the bottom right corner of the application.

Please only use this option to report issues with the application itself.

If you are experiencing problems with DUCO devices or systems, you must report this to DUCO by telephone or email (info@duco.eu).
