The Installer Service Tool indicates that I am offline

Affected app versions:

• 1.3.0
• 1.4.0

Versions 1.3.0 and 1.4.0 of the Installer Service Tool utilise a Microsoft Azure service that is experiencing issues. This causes the Installer Service Tool to display a grey icon, even though you are logged in and online.

Additionally, this causes version 1.3.0 to not check for new versions of the Installer Service Tool via the cloud.

Solution:

Update the Installer Service Tool to the latest version. This issue has been resolved as of version 1.5.0 (see: Updating the Installer Service Tool).
