Via the last tab, “Report“, you can complete the intervention and upload a report to the Installer Portal. There are 3 columns visible:
1. Project information
2. Box info
Information about the DucoBox, including:
- the serial number.
- the software version.
- any active error messages.
3. Input fields for additional information
- Service intervention reference: own reference for the installer.
- Name of intervention applicant: optional field.
- Notes: obligatory field. Here you can briefly indicate what the aim of the intervention was and what the conclusion is after the intervention.
When you complete the intervention via “Complete intervention“, a final snapshot if the settings of the DucoBox is taken and an attempt is made to upload this information to the Installer Portal.
When you close the intervention, a pop-up appears:
: Upload to the cloud successful.
: Upload to the cloud failed.
The top right corner of the application displays:
- whether the user is online.
- whether there are any intervention reports still in the queue to be uploaded.
You can try again to upload the intervention reports in the queue to the Installer Portal by clicking on the icon.
