Using the Virtual User Controller
You can find the virtual control by selecting a room tile in the My Home menu.
The virtual User controller works almost exactly like a physical DUCO User controller*! The only difference is that you don’t need a physical controller to operate the DucoBox through the application.
* The virtual User controller cannot be used to register a physical component, to select special ventilation modes, or to display error messages.

Press the button once to activate the desired mode:
| Button | Mode |
![]() | Low mode |
![]() | Medium mode |
![]() | High mode |
![]() | Automatic mode |
Press the button multiple times to increase the duration of the selected mode.
The duration was set during the commissioning of your unit and can be adjusted by the installer via the Duco Installation App. By default, the following times apply:
| Number of presses | Duration | Default time |
| 1 x | X1 | 15 minutes |
| 2 x | X2 | 30 minutes |
| 3 x | X3 | 45 minutes |
| 4 x | SET | CNT (continuous) |
After you press the User controller, the system waits 5 seconds to ensure the correct duration is registered. The command is then sent to the DucoBox.
As soon as the action has been executed, the application receives a signal from the unit and updates the information.
