Creating an account

When creating the account, you must enter company-specific information in addition to your personal details. This company information is used by DUCO to verify that it is indeed a professional installer account. You can only use the Installer Service Tool after verification by DUCO.

If you create an account under a company that has already been verified by DUCO, an administrator of the company can approve the new account.

You can create an account in one of the following ways:

Creating an account via the Duco Installer Service Tool

1. Start the Installer Service Tool.
2. Select “Start“. A new window will open in your browser.
3. Select “Sign up now“.
4. Follow the steps to create an account.

Creating an account via the Duco Installation App

1. Download the Duco Installation App for free from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Select “Create a new account“.
3. Follow the steps to create an account.

Creating an account via the Duco Installer Portal

1. Go to the Duco Installer Portal (installer.duco.eu).
2. Select “Register“.
3. Follow the steps to create an account.
