Deleting an account
If you delete an account, it will be deleted for all applications and tools connected to the Duco Installer Platform.
The devices that were set up via the account or that have a service history are linked to the installation company and not to the account itself. This means that deleting an employee’s account will not impact the company’s own installation portfolio.

You can delete your own account in the Duco Installer Portal.
Deleting an account via the Duco Installation App
In the Duco Installation App, go to Settings > Edit profile > Delete account.
Afterwards, you will see a message on the screen stating that the account has been deleted.
