I cannot connect to the DucoBox

There are several possible reasons why a connection to the DucoBox cannot be made.

• Check the connection of the Duco Service Cable. Sometimes the connection may be at an angle due to traction on the cable.
• Check the serial number on the QR sticker against the serial number on the CE label. Sometimes the serial number may be less legible due to damage to the QR sticker.
