To connect to a DUCO device, a verified installer must first complete the project details in the ‘Project’ tab.

By completing these details, a new or unregistered system is registered to the installer’s company account. After this, the service history of the DucoBox becomes visible in the Duco Installer Portal.

Continue with an existing intervention

If the DUCO system is already connected and the intervention has not yet been completed, the application will suggest continuing with the existing intervention.
